J501Fe18 is a rutile iron powder coated acid electrode. Can be welding by both AC & DC power source and flat and fillet welding.

Good welding performance, stable arc, small spatter, easy slag removal, beautiful weld forming, deposition efficiency up to about 180%.

  • Remove rust, grease, moisture and other impurities before welding.
  • Under normal circumstances, the welding rod does not need to be baked before welding.
  • When the electrode is exposed to moisture, it must be baked at 150-170℃ for 1 hour after use.
